anyways. yeah. ive heard so many different definitions of emo. i think right now im going with that emo is short for Emotive Hardcore. a type of punk music on estrogen. and the people called emo kids are the indie loners that finally banded together once they gained some confidence to talk to one another. and of course with the indie rockers comes its own style of cloathing, mainly copied from the emotive bands. but more a cross between emotive style and punk style. which is pretty indie by definition, but you know. things change a bit. sure being emo isnt all about the clothing, but if you dress in black and girls dye their hair and wear too much eyeliner and the guys dress like girls, thats pretty steriotypicaly emo. but emo personality is when someone is truely emo. most emos have some sort of mental or emotional problems. example from a book: Catcher in the Rye; Holden Caulfield. he was a depressed emo teen who suffered from mental instability, often resulting in morbid halucinations of his own death while he complained about how much no one understood him. from a movie: Donnie Darko; Donnie, himself. he was an emotionaly unstable emo teen who no one wanted to believe because he was sketzofrenic and kept being bullied by everyone who didnt understand him.
personality. definatly. i mean, niether Holden or Donnie dressed emo-ish. holden wore a red hunting hat. donnie wore baggy jeans and a white shirt. which is why steriotyping a kid in black isnt right. if that kid in black is talking about how he/she is misunderstood and alone, they're emo. and you know. not all people who cut themselves are emo. perfect example: Paris Hilton. no. she will never be emo. EVER. thats a common misconspetion. emo kids dont always cut themselves. people need to understand that emo kids dont always cut and cry. if we did, we'd be seriously dehyderated and rushed to a hospital.
alright i lost my train of though. so ill stop venting about emo culture.

and yes. emo boys are sexy. very much so. so are them emo girls. yum. love my bois in eyeliner and tight pants. and love my girls with multi-coloured hair and strippes. hah. im very attracted to emos, sceneos, and scenesters. love em.
